Jamie L. Beaulieu, APRN
Jamie was born and raised in Plymouth, Massachusetts and moved to Connecticut in 2009. She received a Bachelor’s in Science and Nursing in 2011 from Curry College. From there she worked as a dialysis and surgical nurse for several years. She continued her studies at Maryville University and graduated with a Master’s degree as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. After graduation, she joined the orthopedic group and specializes in the foot and ankle. Jamie enjoys running, playing tennis, and spending time with her family and friends.
Beth Ann Hackett , APRN
Beth Ann Hackett is board certified as an Acute Care Practitioner and has been practicing in this role since 2003. She graduated in 1979 with an AD in nursing, in 2000 obtained her BA and MSN from the University of Hartford, graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2003 with Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degree, and in 2017 obtained a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Quinnipiac University. She has worked in Interventional Radiology as a Nurse Practitioner since 2003 at various hospitals in Connecticut. She began her radiology career by developing the role of the radiology nurse and in 2003 the radiology nurse practitioner. She continued to develop this role in three Connecticut Hospitals. She has presented at conferences in various venues as well as internationally on the role of the APP, Understanding Health Literacy, and the Implementation of the Myriad Program. She presently leads the APP Column for the Journal of Radiology and wrote a chapter on health literacy for a book titled Advanced Practice and Leadership in Radiology Nursing. She Implemented the Myriad program in her previous employment and served as President of Association or Radiologic and Imaging Nursing in 2012.
She enjoys quilting, ballroom dancing, exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
