We will waive the 24-hour window of notice typically required for appointment cancellations and reschedules. If you arrive for your scheduled appointment and you are visibly symptomatic, Orthopedic Associates of Middletown reserves the right to refuse treatment and reschedule you for a later date in order to protect other clients, our staff, and your own well-being.
Our patient’s health and safety is of utmost importance to us. Social distancing is something we are taking very seriously. We will not allow any children, companions, or family members to attend your appointment with you.
