Erika Skinnon, P.A.-C.

Lead Physician Assistant

Erika was raised in Southington, CT. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA degree in Biology (Pre-Medicine) in 2000. She was a scholarship athlete on the women's soccer team at Delaware. She completed a BS degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro College in New York in 2004. She completed a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2007. She has worked in Orthopedics her entire career. She has worked in several private practices and hospitals in the area. She enjoys joint replacement surgeries. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Brian Beltrani, P.A.-C., ATC

Brian was born and raised on Long Island, NY. He graduated from Marist College in 2010 with a B.S. in Athletic Training. He then went on to pursue his masters at Stony Brook University and graduated in 2014 as a Physician Assistant. Brian currently resides in Rocky Hill and in his free time enjoys exploring the great outdoors, running, golfing, playing sports and rooting for his favorite sports teams. Tammy D. Gaines, P.A.-C.

Tammy Gaines was raised in Middletown, CT. She graduated from Middletown High in 1993. She continued her studies at Western CT State University in Danbury CT where she graduated with a Bachelors of Art. She then attended Daemen College in Amherst New York where she graduated with a Certificate of Physicians Assistant, Masters of Science/Bachelors of Art. She loves spending time with her family, reading and working out.

Melissa Czako, P.A.-C.

Melissa was raised in North Haven, CT. She attended Springfield College for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2008 and Master of Science in 2009 with a Physician Assistant Certificate. After working in the Emergency Department, she transitioned to Orthopedic Surgery in 2013. Melissa enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Nicole Davis, P.A.-C.

Nicole was born and raised in central Wisconsin. She graduated from Winona State University with a BA degree in Biology. She continued her studies at Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania and graduated with a dual degree as a Physician Assistant and with a Master of Public Health in 2013. After graduation, she worked for several years as a PA in Neurosurgery and she transitioned into Orthopedic Surgery in 2017. Nicole enjoys traveling, watching Green Bay Packer games and spending time with family and friends.
